Josue has provided  a superb grooming experience in the Northern Virginia area for over 12 years.  Trained at Paul Mitchell The School, Josue went on to work at  several high-end Men’s grooming and Barber Shops in Arlington, McLean and Fairfax, Virginia.    Opening in the  Fall of 2025, VQ BARBERSHOP is the culmination of those experiences.  His knowledge and experiences have fine-tuned his craft into a quality that distinguishes him from others.   He has a strong reputation in the industry for razor precision, expert haircuts, and perfectly sculpted beards.  He continuously stays on the cutting edge of the latest styles and trends and his methods and mastery are of the highest quality.

Franchesca has been a Barber in the Virginia- DC area since 2020.  Highly trained and skilled Franchesca brings professionalism and a warm and welcoming personality to our salon.  She continually delivers highly skilled precision cuts and customers appreciate her strong attention to detail.  Franchesca’s clients are not seen as just a service, she listens carefully to client needs and in turn offers her professional advice.
